10 K Plan



Here is my layout for the running plan that I will be using starting in a few weeks to train for the 10K. Up until then, I will just be running like usual. I will also be going over my training work runs each Tuesday. I am using those days to  increase endurance/speed. CT stands for cross training and I will be swimming or biking or strength training or some mix of those on Wednesdays. I will let you know my workout as the days approach.
